“LUIS was the first person to come round to give me a quote on covering my pool over, rather than fencing it. He immediately saw that in our interests and not his, that covering the pool was not a practical option. He was generous enough to forgo his opportunity to even procure a successful bid and we can only state our absolute admiration of his business ethics.
